I prepared this project with Iffet Nur Ekmekci, it was easy, instructive and enjoyable work. I will probably use Glogster to develop the learners' creativity in the future.

The Digital Storytelling Work

I prepared this video with my friend Lütfiye. All the pictures we used are hand-made. It was an enjoyable project. But it took too much time to decide on the topic, drawing pictures, coloring the pictures, vocalizing and taping it. Actually, this work can be a usefull activity for young learners. But, adolescences and adults don’t like wasting their times to preparing such a video.

AN INTERVIEW WITH TIM BURTON

     For our project, I worked with my friend İffet. While we were searching an interview on BBC Radio, we found the Kirsty Lang’s program, which includes an interview with Tim Burton. After we realized that he is the director of the movie ‘Alice in Wonderland’, we decided to choose this interview for our project. Actually; it was too hard to catch up the conversation at the first listening. But at the second time we overcame it. I think that this project can be a beneficial way of  ELT. Thanks to it, students can improve their listening and speaking skills.

Podcast Project

listen to ‘our story’ on Audioboo

I made a podcast project with my friend, İffet. We created a horror story. And then, we vocalized it together. I think this is an enjoyable and educational work. Of course we had some difficulties while working. This technique can be used while teaching young students. They aren't bored while doing this homework. Also teacher can find an opportunity to listen his/her students' pronuncation.
